Service Description
Infills are valid if you are keeping the same coloured acrylic base or design. If you currently have coloured acrylic and wanting to completely change the colour then this would be considered as a redesign. The nails will be removed down till the clear so that the new colour and design can be applied. Re designs are £5 extra, this is because it takes longer than an infill and more product is used. If you want an infill & redesign please book and infill and then book 'REDESIGN' in also, will be found in the 'Acrylic Infill section' If you are unsure feel free to message me to double check <3 x
Cancellation Policy
All bookings must go through my website, a non refundable booking fee will be taken at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you are required to give a minimum of 48hrs notice, cancellations within 48hrs will require payment of 50% of the booking, cancellations within 24hrs will require full payment of the booking. Please come to your appointment alone, no plus 1’s. This includes children and pets, if you do not turn up to your appt alone you will be turned away and you will required to pay the full booking cost Payment is CASH ONLY. Card payments or bank transfer is NOT accepted. I do not infill or soak off other techs work, please ensure to come to your appointment with bare nails. Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are early please wait in the car until the time of your appointment, feel free to pop me a message to see if I am free earlier. If you are any later than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking. If you NO SHOW to your appointment then you will be required to pay the full price of the appointment missed to re book.
