Cancellation Policy
BOOKING FEE'S All bookings must go through the website, a non refundable booking fee will be taken at the time of booking and will be taken off the remaining balance on the day of appointment. All booking fee's are strictly non refundable under any circumstances. If you need to reschedule an appointment please contact us, cancelling your appointment via the website will result in loss of booking fee. PLUS ONE'S Please come to your appointment alone, no plus 1’s. This includes children and pets. If you do arrive to your appointment with a plus one you will be asked to leave and you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the treatment CASH ONLY The remaining balance needs to be paid in cash. Card payments or bank transfer is not accepted. INFILLS & REPAIRS If something happens to your nails within 3 days then it will be fixed free of charge, anything after this time will be chargeable. If you come to your infill appointment with nails missing this will be charged at £1 per nail, if you are missing 4 or more nails you will require a removal and fresh set, please ensure to book this in prior to your appointment to ensure there is enough time. I do not infill or soak off other techs work, please ensure to come to your appointment with bare nails. If you arrive to your appointment with nails on that haven't been applied by me without prior discussion with me then you will be turned away and you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking cost. PATCH TEST If you are booking in for brows or lashes please ensure a patch test is booked a minimum of 48hrs prior if you have not already had this done with myself. If this is not done then your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay the remaining balance. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT Please note ALL clients must be over the age of 16. LATENESS If you are any later than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking cost. Anything up to 15 minutes will mean that we may not have time to do the design you had in mind. CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you are required to give a minimum of 48hrs notice, if you cancel your appointment within the 48hr period you will be required to pay 50% of the booking cost. If you cancel your appointment within 24hrs of your appointment or no show you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking cost.
